If you would like to submit an article to the web-site, firstly you need to be an author. You will need to request this access level from the triad. Once that is sorted, here's the process:

1. Log into the web site
   
2. Click on the Submit Article link in the User Menu
   
3. Enter your article title and select a category.
4. Enter a summary in the top box (intro text). This text will be displayed on the category page (e.g. the religion page)
5. Enter further detail in the bottom box (main text). This text will be shown below the intro text when a reader clicks the "Read More..." link on the category page.
6. Once you are happy with the article, click the save Button at the top or bottom of the page and your article will be submitted for approval.
7. An editor (generally a triad member) will read through your article and either approve/publish it or get back to you.
   
8. Once published, if you see any mistakes you can edit the article by clicking on the pen icon next the title.

Copying From Word

If you are copying your text in from Microsoft Word, or another word processor, it will most likely appear with its own format and not match the rest of the website. To correct this, simply select the text and click on the "Remove Formatting Tool" (2nd from the left in the bottom row of icons above the text edit area). You may also need to change the Format to "Paragraph" in the right-hand drop-down.

Adding Headings

 To make a line of text into a heading, simply select the text and select Heading 3 in the right-most drop-down above the text entry box.

Adding Images

You will need to send your image to the triad first for uploading. Once uploaded, you shoulkd select it in the "Gallery Images" list and click the Insert button. You can format the image by selecting it in the "Content Images" list and changing the values on the right.

To add your image, simply click the "Insert Image" button below the text entry area. A tag will be placed where your cursor is and your image will display when the page is published. If you have more than one image, the order in the "Content Images" should match the order you want them displayed in the article.

Adding a Discussion Link

To add a discuss this link to allow people to discuss your article on the forums, just copy & paste the {mos_sb_discuss:##\} for the category you want to use and remove th backslash! The discuss link should be the last line of the article.
